Terms and Conditions:

1) This event is organised by Suntec Real Estate Services Management Pte. Ltd. (“Suntec-RES”). By participating in this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form a valid and binding agreement between you and Suntec-RES, Suntec City, and its affiliates.

2) Healthy treats are exclusive to Suntec Office Tenants and are available for redemption on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Limited to the first 300 pax per treat.

3) Office Tenants must have a Suntec+ Corporate Account to redeem the healthy treats e-Vouchers via the Suntec+ App.

​

4) Each Suntec+ Corporate member is entitled to one (1) redemption of a $5 e-Voucher per treat, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

5) Suntec+ Corporate members must present the treat e-Voucher at participating F&B tenants to redeem their treats.

​

6) Redemption of treats e-Vouchers does not guarantee availability. All treat redemptions at participating F&B tenants are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

7) For 365 Juices Bar, the redemption is only applicable for Juice, Smoothie & Shake

8) All e-Vouchers are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods and services.

9) By participating in this event, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and/or processing of your information by us, our agents, marketing partners, business partners, and/or authorised service providers for the sole purpose of facilitating this event.

10) By participating in this event, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Suntec-RES, Suntec City, and its affiliates from any and all liability whatsoever for any personal injury, death, disability, or loss or damage of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with participation, whether directly or indirectly.

11) Please be informed that Suntec-RES, authorised service partners, and/or third parties may take photographs and/or videos during this event.

​

12) By attending or taking part in this event, participants acknowledge and agree that their photographs, images, and likeness (including digitalised image likeness) (“Images”) may be captured or recorded and processed through photography, videography, and/or digital imaging systems.

13) The Management reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

14) In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organisers will provide updates via email.

​

14) In case of disputes, the decision of the Management shall be final and binding.
